Turmeric Macadamia Butter

While macadamias are heavy and drying in nature, blending them with coconut oil and adding turmeric makes them much more digestible and kinder to vata. Enjoy in moderation! Try them with my spiced banana coconut muffins.

Ingredients

1 cup macadamias
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp turmeric
pinch Himalayan salt
cracked pepper

Method
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz together until they form a nut butter consistency with an even yellow colour.
