Cacao Rose Smoothie

This delightful smoothie is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up and is much loved by my 3-year-old daughter. Be sure not to add ice and serve at room temperature.

Ingredients

1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom
1 cup coconut or almond milk
some rose petals for garnishing (optional)

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix together until smooth

  2. Top with rose petals (optional) or a dusting of cacao
